Hey everyone. So as you all know, the laws and restrictions around mask wearing and social distancing are changing.

It’s been a difficult few weeks looking over the salon risk assessment and making decisions as to how to manage our way out of this in the safest way possible for both the team and clients.

The government have changed the laws but, as a business we still have a legal obligation to risk assess and only make changes if it’s safe to do so. Unfortunately at this time, we still have a high level of infection risk and have made the decision to hold off making any changes for the short term. We have been hit with family members having to isolate and clients having to cancel appointments over the last few weeks but thankfully haven’t had to close the salon at any point and it’s imperative we continue in the same way going forward.

We respectfully request that you continue wearing your face mask whilst attending your appointment unless exempt and continue to maintain social distancing whilst in the salon.

This situation will be constantly reviewed and as soon as it’s safe to do so, we will welcome and cheer at the binning of the masks. All the team will continue to wear a mask or visor whilst working on your hair/nails and make a commitment to keep you all safe.

Isolation rules change on the 16th August and that is the date we will hopefully be able to relax the situation further.

Thank you for your continued support. It really does make what’s been a tough job that little bit more bearable.
